About us

MentalHub.fi is an online resource of mental health information for the public as well as for social welfare and health care professionals.

MentalHub.fi is a collection of mental health resources, including symptom scales and self-help programs that anyone can access. Internet-delivered therapies (available only in Finnish and swedish) and the part designed for professionals require login.

  • The site is maintained by HUS Psychiatry.
  • Other hospital districts and the third sector have contributed to the design and content of the site.
  • Experts by experience and a focus group of users have also given feedback on the content.
  • MentalHub.fi was launched in 2009. Various improvements have been made to the site in the course of a national digitalization program called SADe between 2013 and 2015 and the First-Line Therapies initiative between 2021 and 2023.
