Self-help program

How to proceed from here?

You have now completed the Self-Help Program for Anxiety - well done!

In the following video (1:20), you will get tips on how to take care of your mental well-being after you have completed the self-help program.

Hopefully this program has provided you with information, new ideas and tools to help you deal with and manage your anxiety. It’s a good idea to also continue doing the exercises that seemed most relevant for you. Also remember to pay attention to your own everyday life management and try to take care of yourself in the best possible way.

Allow yourself rest days and even plan them in advance. Plan some time for exercise and enjoyable activities in advance in your weekly calendar.

Remember

Seek help if your anxiety becomes worse or you feel that it’s interfering with your ability to function normally in everyday life and your quality of life!

Where is help available?

What should I do if the self-help program isn’t enough?

Seek help if your anxiety becomes worse or you feel that it’s interfering with your ability to function normally in everyday life and with your quality of life. If you already have a health professional or other professional treating you, tell this professional about your feelings.

If you don’t have a treatment professional, basic health care is usually the right place to go concerning your anxiety. Basic health care includes health care centres, occupational health care and private medical centres. More information about getting help can be found in the Mental health services section.

Thank you!

Wishing you all the best in your continued work and happiness in your life!
